VAC4EU Consortium’s General Assembly Meeting

Members of the DSRU’s Epidemiology team attended VAC4EU’s General Assembly Meeting in Valencia recently, accompanied by Linda Härmark, our new Director.

The first day focused on fit for purpose assessments of data and data sources for a number of VAC4EU’s real-world vaccine studies. The final day was dedicated to the strategy, current initiatives and future plans for the VAC4EU consortium itself. The DSRU team enjoyed catching up in person with many of the VAC4EU partners with whom they collaborate on numerous vaccine safety studies. We are grateful to FISABIO for hosting and to VAC4EU for arranging such an engaging event!

The DSRU is a very active member of VAC4EU, our experienced epidemiology and clinical teams having completed three vaccine safety studies with VAC4EU and currently undertaking a further 11 studies on Covid and non-Covid vaccines.
