Our biennial Signal Detection conference is back!

20 May 2022

After an extended break due to the pandemic, we are delighted that our iconic 11th Biennial Conference on Signal Detection and Signal Management in Pharmacovigilance will take place in London on 28-30th June. This conference is recognised by many as the most important event in the signal detection calendar.

The aim of the conference is to provide a showcase for the latest developments in signal detection and signal management, as well as re-establishing the basics.

Once again this year we have a high calibre panel of speakers which comprises the finest minds in signal detection from around the world. Speakers include:

  • Niklas Noren, Uppsala Monitoring Centre
  • Andrew Bate, GlaxoSmithKline
  • Eugène van Puijenbroek, Netherlands Pharmacovigilance Centre Lareb
  • John Rigg, IQVIA
  • Elizabeth Suarez, Harvard Medical School
  • Alexandra Pacurariu, EMA
  • Lilly Wells, MHRA
  • Antoine Pariente, University of Bordeaux
  • Saad Shakir, Drug Safety Research Unit

The main conference will take place on 29th – 30th June and is preceded by a pre-conference tutorial day on 28th June, which open to all but is aimed at newcomers to signal detection.

The conference has built up a loyal following, with many delegates returning each time to hear about progress in signal detection since the last conference. We hope you can join us!
