The DSRU has expanded the scope of its education and training to include a panel of self-development courses on aspects of management, leadership, personal development and impact, specifically tailored to support staff working in pharmacovigilance and related areas.

Join us at the first of our new self-development courses on developing gravitas in pharmacovigilance. This new one day training course is specifically tailored towards those working in pharmacovigilance or related fields and is delivered in collaboration with The Gravitas Programme.

Gravitas is a crucial skill for business success, enabling leaders to communicate, network and lead in a better way. Building gravitas enables leaders to communicate with confidence, increase their personal visibility and handle challenging situations more effectively. In a competitive environment, people who know how to access their personal gravitas build stronger relationships and get better results from stakeholders and teams.

The Gravitas Masterclass presents a unique, results-proven methodology designed by gravitas expert, Antoinette Dale Henderson, and based on extensive research with global leaders. As part of the course, you will explore the six key ingredients to gravitas and apply simple techniques to develop this powerful business skill. You will identify and address any issues that obstruct your personal growth and impact in the work environment.

Places are strictly limited to ensure the interactive quality of this event.
