1 INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

We may collect and process the following data about you:

1.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website www.dsru.org ("Website"). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Website, making a booking for courses or requesting further information. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Website.

2 IP ADDRESSES AND COOKIES

2.1 We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

2.2 For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our Website and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us to:

2.2.1 estimate our audience size and usage pattern;

Our Website may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers or associated companies. 7 ACCESS TO INFORMATION

7.1 You have the right to:

7.1.1 access information which we hold on you;

7.1.2 ask us to remove your personal information from our database; and

7.1.3 change or update the information which we hold on you in our database.

7.2 Any request which you make in accordance with this Clause 7 may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information which we hold on you or in making the changes or amendments which you may request.
