The Drug Safety Research Unit (DSRU) is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The details that you submit will be used by the DSRU solely for the purpose of providing accreditation. Other than to the accrediting body, this information will not be divulged to third party(s) by the DSRU. You may request details of your own personal information at any time for which the DSRU reserves the right to charge a nominal sum to cover administration.
